The two you mention just had different artwork. Both have been discontinued by Paramount.

Warner now distributes Paramount titles. It's just a simple reissue. Nothing new besides maybe some slightly altered artwork to show a WB logo. Give it a week or two and this title should pop up online, but probably not in stores.
