Thank you for the upcoming list and importantly the not released list.

Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Boo. I hated the last time they released a bunch of stuff on the same date, and I stil hate it. Looks like I will be waiting for DMC once again.

Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Just Atlantis for me.
|
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
I want Hunchback and Mulan.
|
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Definitely Mulan and Atlantis...possibly Hunchback.
|
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Atlantis and Hunchback for me. Mulan's a maybe, but I was never crazy about it.... the cross dressing antics were a turnoff.
|
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
all of them please !! :) (I agree Artman, 'Mulan' is the weakest of the four films) (never seen the sequels to Mulan, Brother Bear or Hunchback).

Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Disney continues to abuse Lilo and Stitch fans. I was at Walt Disney World this past May, and they had Stitch crap everywhere yet they don't even bother releasing any of the movies in HD? Jeez!
|
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
I'm actually happy for all of those, I just hate the inferior sequels they continue to shove down our throats.

I want Atlantis and Hunchback myself, with Mulan a maybe. I didn't care for Brother Bear at all. |
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Maybe it's some petty grudge having to do with Chris Sanders being at Dreamworks now and being far more successful with How to Train Your Dragon.

Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Digitalbits listed the details on the newly announced titles. Nothing on Atlantis though. I'm really hoping all the contents on the 2 disc DVD set is on the blu release.
http://thedigitalbits.com/columns/my...ts/121912_1245 The Mulan: 2 Film Collection BD (Mulan and Mulan II) will include audio commentary, 11 deleted scenes, 15 featurettes and 6 music videos. The Brother Bear: 2 Film Collection BD (Brother Bear and Brother Bear 2) will include Rutt & Tuke’s commentary, a deleted song, deleted scenes, outtakes, Bear Legends, Sing-Along Songs, a music video and 2 featurettes (The Making of Brother Bear and Behind the Music of Brother Bear 2). And The Hunchback of Notre Dame: 2 Film Collection (The Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Hunchback of Notre Dame II) will include audio commentary, a multi-language reel and 3 featurettes (The Making of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Behind the Scenes with Jennifer Love Hewitt and A Gargoyle’s Life). |
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Probably in for Mulan. Reflection is one of their better songs over the last few years. The others might be better films but my kids don't watch them as often.
|
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Mulan and Hunchback are more classic to me than Little Mermaid or Aladdin. I'm definitely down for both  and I think Atlantis is a vastly underrated adventure film, so I'll also grab that one in my grubby mitts.
Brother Bear can go shit in a melon. |
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Just FYI, the information for Atlantis was taken directly from Disney's Blu-ray/DVD site:
http://disneydvd.disney.go.com/atlan...ollection.html I'm not sure why it hasn't shown up on any of the regular release news outlets. I supposed it's subject to change, but for now, Disney is saying it's coming along with the others. |
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
Just like Lilo and Stitch, where's the Tarzan movies.

Im in for Mulan, Atlantis and possibly Hunchback. And why do they insist on packaging these movies with there respective sequels, none of them are any good. |
Re: Walt Disney Animated Classics 2013 Blu-ray releases
The Disney completist in me will make me buy them all. Also my two young kids...

I'll be buying all 4. Hope they start coming out with their smaller masterpiece movies.
