Just got my first one. Don't have a 3D TV nor plans for one but for $5 I picked up the 3D version of the Avengers

^The Avengers was number 2 for me. My first was Transformers: Dark of the Moon which I bought for the special features.
I still don't own a 3D TV either and my plan is not to own one until I go the front projector route in a dedicated home theater, which is still a few years away.

Re: How many 3D Blu-Rays do you have?
I have 3:
Toy Story 3
Dial M
Creature of the Black Lagoon
I think my copy of Journey to the Center... might also have the 3D version but I found the writing on the sleeve a little ambiguous.

Re: How many 3D Blu-Rays do you have?
Avatar (the Panasonic exclusive that came with my TV)
Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs
Titanic
I'll get The Amazing Spider-Man when it comes out as well.
3D Blu-rays are just far too expensive since they are usually 4-disc combos that with taxes come close to $50.

Re: How many 3D Blu-Rays do you have?
I don't buy anything online so there could be craploads of discounts I don't know about, but walking into any Walmart, Best Buy, etc and seeing the vast majority of Blu-ray 3D titles on shelves ranges in price from the low ($32.99 to $37.99) to the high ($42.99 and up depending on the title, like some of the Disney movies, IMAX movies, etc.)
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs was thankfully only $25, and I've recently seen some of the Marvel movies (Thor, Captain America) on sale for $29.99 or so, probably just the usual sale promo to tie in with The Avengers.
Titanic and The Avengers were $32.99 for the first few days when they came out.

I have "Prometheus", "Creature From The Black Lagoon", & "Dial M For Murder". I obtained these through circumstance and not by design. I hate 3D

Beauty and the Beast
Conan The Barbarian
Dredd
Fright Night
Hugo
The Smurfs
Texas Chainsaw
Pretty sure that's all of them. I generally don't go out of my way to get them unless they're cheap for some reason (Hugo on Black Friday) or the only version of the film available (Dredd and Texas Chainsaw). I plan on getting The Wolverine in 3D at some point only because that edition has an extended cut of the film exclusive to that set.

I'm not being sarcastic because I don't follow 3D, but are there many new releases? From the outside, the fad seems to be fading.

Re: How many 3D Blu-Rays do you have?
Five...I think
Gravity
Dial M For Murder
House Of Wax
Creature From The Black Lagoon
Titanic
Just recently got a 3D capable player but probably won't have a 3D pj until my current one (2007/8 build) goes belly up...which I hope is a long ways off as I still love the images it throws.
But all five of those I would love to see in 3D. Not real interested in most new films and post-conversions, but there are still a few solid old catalog titles that would be insanely cool to see get a 3D release (like Inferno with Robert Ryan that I just picked up on an MOD the other day).

Re: How many 3D Blu-Rays do you have?
^They're still releasing 3D movies in theaters, but 2D screenings far outnumber 3D screenings, when it used to be the opposite. It's definitely fading, at least in the US. At least one film this year was released in 3D overseas, but not in the US.
