The Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack comes with three discs:
Disc one is a Blu-ray containing the feature film, as well as the "Amazing Spider-Man Second Screen App," which can be used with the Sony Tablet™ S, Xperia Tablet™ S and iPad. The App syncs with the film as it plays in "Timeline" mode and features "Production" mode allowing users to "sling" content from their tablets to the TV screen for a greater and more interactive HD experience. Content includes interviews, storyboards, concept art, pre-visualization sequences, stunt rehearsals, and more.
Disc two is a Blu-ray featuring 90 minutes of behind-the-scenes documentaries, taking viewers behind the scenes of the development and direction of the film, casting, costumes, location shoots, visual effects, and more.
Disc three is a DVD that includes the feature film, as well as stunt rehearsals and deleted scenes, The Oscorp Archives, an image gallery featuring production art stills, and audio commentary with director Marc Webb, and producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach.

I would really love to see the extended cut of this film. You could tell stuff was missing. I'll get it when it's cheap. I did enjoy it though, flawed...sure..but I enjoyed it.

I'm a sucker for most anything Spidey wise. I waited years until the first two were released separately so I can wait on this one to hit the $10 and under price. I didn't like it but I didn't hate it. Count me in on wanting to see an extended cut as well.

I'm sure it won't be addressed on the Blu-ray, but I would love to hear something on the commentary track or in the extras about how Sony execs thought the movie was awful. Funny how we never heard much more about that after the film came out.

Really? Wow. Sony usually has poor taste in understanding quality too...this movie was bad to them?! Wow. I'd love to read up more on that. You've more details on that?

Re: The Amazing Spiderman - November 9th
Did Marc Webb or anyone else tied to the movie say anything about an extended cut or is that just a wishlist thing? I remember before Spider-Man 2 came out on DVD Sam Raimi mentioned there would be an extended cut which later became Spider-Man 2.1.
On the other hand there were rumors of another release of Spider-Man 3 featuring more footage, but those turned out to be just rumors. The only other release we got of that was the Blu-Ray release this year which dropped the disc of special features.

I'd love to see a cut that's cohesive and makes any kind of sense.
Funny, I thought this was completely forgettable but I'll still check out a sequel. Wishful thinking, I suppose.

Speaking of which...Jesus, has anyone seen the Japanese special edition?

Spoiler:
They get half the fucking costume and a steelbook (along with a buncha other shit) in their SE. I think they win. They are nuts for Spider-man over there, though.

Peter Parker barely had trouble with Flash before they started being cool with each other and he also didn't seem to have much of a problem with girls. Not quite how it's been normally.

Re: The Amazing Spiderman - November 9th
So I'm not the only one. It felt to me like they took bits and pieces of subplots, not the entire thing but just enough to tell that a portion was there, from what should have been a couple sequels and just crammed into one film, taking away parts from the main plot to make room.

This article from BadAss Digest is a pretty comprehensive look at what was cut and removed from the flick. Personally, I really disliked the movie. It felt extremely disjointed and patched together. I'll be skipping it on Blu.
