Australian Blu-ray Exclusives? Better Features? Anything?
I'm currently in Australia and I started wondering if there were any BDs worth picking up while I'm here...
Either because they're not available in North America or they have features that make them better than North American releases. Price isn't so much of a concern.
So, does anyone know of any titles worth seeking out? Last time I was here, I picked up Zodiac as well as a handful of David Lynch flicks. I already have The Loved Ones.

The Proposition maybe? it's an Aussie flick. I'd assume it might have different if not more features than what we got....which we got very good in...but you never now.
OOh! Mad Max, Mad Max 2, Mad Max 3.

Serenity
"The film was released as a two-disc set in Australia (Region 4) and parts of Europe (Region 2) on February 8, 2006. This version included new features, in addition to the supplemental material found on the North American (Region 1) release. At present, disc 2 is exclusive only to Australia and Benelux – Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and New Zealand. It was released in Germany as part of the special edition.[54] However, other international territories may decide to release the 2nd disc as well. Added material for disc 1 includes "A Filmmaker's Journey: Journey with Joss from Script to Screen", which is available on all international DVDs, but not the US version. Added material for disc 2 includes a Joss Whedon Q&A session filmed at Fox Studios in Sydney, extended scenes, and two documentaries titled "Take a Walk on Serenity" and "The Green Clan". An "exclusive collector's tin" version of Serenity was released for the two disk edition by the EzyDVD chain of stores in Australia"
eventually there was a 2 disc special edition released here, but it doesn't have the Q&A session from Fox Sydney.

Many people consider the Aussie BD for American Psycho to be much better than the domestic disc. It has much less DNR and a newer transfer.

Pick up a copy of the blu WAKE IN FRIGHT (1971). A great film, which I'd get in an instant if I were in Australia! Don't want to pay the $20.00 shipping to import it!
EDIT: maniacsounds beat me to the punch! So now you've got two recommendations for that film

oOo! I like the look of that cover. I'm really interested in films that I can't get back home in Canada. I think this is one of them. Hopefully I can find a copy (or two) in Perth.
I picked up a different Aussie film today called Noise. Looks good. There's another one called Snowtown, but it sounds pretty disturbing, and not my cup of tea.
Serenity, Picnic at Hanging Rock, and Casino Royale are all discs I'll search for. Whether or not I grab them depends on the price.
