Easter Eggs *not* ported over from DVD editions
We BD collectors know that often times extras are not ported over from DVD editions of the same title. But, sometimes those nifty little easter eggs are missing too. So, here's a thread dedicated to listing the easter eggs that didn't make it. I'll start. (Also, if we mention something that actually does exist--feel free to correct!)

The biggest one is probably the lack of a chronological version for Memento, which was on the DVD.
