In what way is the Blu-ray 3D limited? Did they only print a certain number of copies?

Paramount seems to put that on every 3D release of theirs. Transformers, Tin Tin, Thor, etc all say it. Not sure if they really are limited. Pretty stupid way of supporting the format if the 3D editions really are limited.

It's limited only in the fact that there are a finite number of copies.
