Will we ever see Warning Sign 1985 on BD?
I was tempted to just put the name of the movie in the title but then everyone would have been dissapointed in that I actually had no idea if this would ever come out on BD.
I loved this movie growing up. I know the DVD has been OOP for some time and was wondering if anyone thought this would ever make it to BD?

well i just checked dvdaf.com and it seems that this was one of the titles fox loaned out to anchor bay. this is a good thing since anchor bay just released DUTCH, PROJECT X, and LICENSE TO DRIVE (also fox titles) so maybe they still own the rights to WARNING SIGN and they might release it in the future.

I also love this film -- and would LOVE a Blu release. But, how about Crichton's classic ANDROMEDA STRAIN from 1971 upon which WARNING SIGN is a loosly-based, but excellent updating.

I would absolutely love to see both of these titles on Blu! I put off buying WARNING SIGN on DVD for whatever reason, but to my surprise, it went OOP rather quickly.

Haven't seen that yet. But Warning Sign is hardly shown on TV so I have an itch to see it and I might as well own it since I love it so much. But I rather have it on BD than spend lots of $ on an OOP DVD.

Arrow seems like our best hope of a release. Hal Barwood, the director and scriptwriter did an excellent commentary for the DVD. If someone on the inside could get him interested in a Blu release, we just *may* get it in our lifetimes.
If that is true about ANDROMEDA STRAIN being slated for release this year, that rivals the Hitchcock box set as the best news of the year for me. Perhaps it is sacriligous to mention in this thread, but I'd drool over Trumbell's 1970 computer specifal effects in 1080p.
