Wow, very odd. Who did you end up emailing? I might do the same since I got mine when it was first released as well.

I actually just Googled HBO Digital Copy help and they popped up. I'm had they have something dedicated to it.

Re: The Ultraviolet (UV) Thread

Sure enough, they sent me a code today. That was pretty cool of them. I'm tempted to do the same thing with Deadwood, but not sure if I want to press my luck.

Cool, glad it worked. Yeah, I want to get more, but not sure what they'll say.

So in getting The Sopranos and The Wire sets during the sales, I realized that Entourage The Complete Series didn't come with a code. I decided to email about this, disclosing that I bought it in 2013. And as far as I know, there isn't a code on any existing copy. But I did ask them why it didn't come with a code. They responded asking for basically proof of life and a receipt. Pictures of the set, UPC, discs, and a piece of paper with my email address with the set. Lo and behold, I get a response, and a UV code for the series.

Anyone else tried this? I wonder if it's worth it to do the same with Band of Brothers, The Pacific, Treme, and some others. Either way, I'm happy they accommodated, rather than saying I would have to buy the code separately.
You got very lucky. Once people reported having success requesting an Entourage UV code for the entire series, they clamped down on handing them out. I've heard most people are now denied. Consider yourself fortunate. It likely depends on customer service rep roulette.

Re: The Ultraviolet (UV) Thread

How funny, I didn't read it anywhere else. I was just moving my stuff around to make space when I came across the Entourage set, and that's when I decided to. So YMMV has now become NO at this point.

If anyone is buying the blu-ray for Infinitely Polar Bear, I'll give you $5 for the UV code. Please pm me if you're getting it.

Thanks!

Re: The Ultraviolet (UV) Thread

I bought Batman v Superman on Blu-ray and redeemed the Digital Copy through Flixster, because the WB site forces you to go through that service. The title shows up in my UV locker, but does not appear in my VUDU collection, even two days later. My user settings at myuv.com show that my UV account is linked to both Flixster and VUDU.

I downloaded the Flixster app on my phone and it only has theatrical movie listings with nothing about streaming video. When I try to go to flixster.com, it redirects me to Fandango.

Anyone else have this problem?

The "problem" is that you actually bought Batman v Superman . In all seriousness, I have had the issue you're talking about, but with my accounts linked, it always resolved itself, usually after a few hours. Do you have another streaming services your UV account is linked to like CinemaNow or FandangoNow? I'd check them. If they're there, then something is really screwy. I'd shoot an e-mail to Vudu's customer service to ask them, but be warned, they aren't very useful. Still, they might be able to help. When I got my Hobbit EE trilogy, the HDX codes redeemed as SD. I contacted them, asked what was going on, and they told me to send the pictures of the codes. I did, and they fixed the issue for me.
