Re: James Bond Update

19 James Bond movies can be watched for free on YouTube movies. I noticed these pop up a week or two ago.

Here are the titles:

Here’s the full list of titles available to stream for free.
  • Dr. No (1962)
  • From Russia with Love (1963)
  • Goldfinger (1964)
  • Thunderball (1965)
  • You Only Live Twice (1967)
  • On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969)
  • Diamonds are Forever (1971)
  • Live and Let Die (1973)
  • The Man with the Golden Gun (1974)
  • The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
  • Moonraker (1979)
  • For Your Eyes Only (1981)
  • Octopussy (1983)
  • A View to Kill (1985)
  • The Living Daylights (1987)
  • License to Kill (1989)
  • Goldeneye (1995)
  • Tomorrow Never Dies (1997)
  • The World is Not Enough (1999)

I have YouTube premium, so I don't have any commercials for videos. But, I don't know if these have commercials for those who don't subscribe.

I think usually it’ll say if there are ads or not. Usually says like “free with ads” or something.

Who here really doesn't own the Bond movies by now?! There have been so many deals on them over the years.

Agreed. So many opportunities. However, my kid's generation doesn't think about owning stuff in general and DVDs in particular. They just expect to stream what they want when they want it.

I only own a few, I have Brosnan, Dalton and Craig plus the old Casino Royale double feature. And I barely watch those as it is. I'd probably be content with just watching them on streaming every now and then.

Re: James Bond Update

What a coincidence. At the moment, I'm watching You Only Live Twice on Pluto's 007 channel.

True I have them all in HDX, but every time Prime Video or any other service has them and in UHD, I'll make every effort to watch them. I'm up to The World is Not Enough now, having seen the previous ones in 4K. Some are great improvements, some others, not so much.

Re: James Bond Update

It looks like 12 Bond movies are now on the Peacock streaming service.

I checked recently and it looks like the current Bond licensing on Amazon, Hulu and EPIX expires at the end of the month.

There's also 4 movies on Netflix.

EON is just licensing these out everywhere.
