Confirming earlier reports (see Blu-ray.com, January 25), Anchor Bay Home Entertainment has officially announced and detailed the Oscar-nominated The King's Speech for Blu-ray release on April 19. This will be the first release by Anchor Bay of a Weinstein Company title under the multi-year distribution agreement between both companies announced earlier this year (see Blu-ray.com, January 5).

Are they gonna include the family friendly "bleeped" soundtrack as well?

This was one of the best movies by far from last year in my opinion. Enjoyed it more than The Social Network which in my opinion is kind of overrated. Already pre-ordered it a while back and can't wait to see it again.

I enjoyed it more than TSN..but TSN was the better film.

Can't Wait. This is my pick for best picture.

Really liked this movie, I want to at least give the commentary a listen.

Excellent film. Do not know if I will purchase.
