The Terror 3/29/2011
Double, bluray + standard DVD. I wasn't a real big fan of this movie. If I remember correctly it was kind of slow and dull. But i'd buy it anyway if the price is right and it looks to be at $14.99. A lot of the Corman titles are being released to bluray now. With The Terror coming, could Haunted Palace ( one of my all-time favorites ) and the Poe titles be far behind? i'd dump my standard discs of these in a second if they are coming.
Just saw where the Witchfinder General will be released in the UK in June.

I'll remember this movie with Jack Nicholson and Boris Karloff. so I like this movie and I'm not sure to buy Blu-ray/DVD combo. I have that DVD (published by Platinum that including quiz).

This film is public domain, so anyone could release this on HD (so don't get your hopes high on other Corman/Poe HD releases coming soon). I'm leery of these public domain Blu-ray releases...you will definitely want to read a review before you buy it (if there are any reviews). This company (HD Cinema Classics) has released a few public domain films on Blu-ray already.
