For which one? Catalog, new releases, or both?

The unfortunate thing is a lot of titles I'd like to purchase, like say Blue Underground titles, will never hit below $10... even if used. That's great for the fact that it keeps its resell value, but not great for my budgeting/wallet when the purchase is actually made.
