another forum is saying Stripes is a Best Buy exclusive on Sunday Sept 25 but bestbuy.com doesn't show it

I saw the ad scan posted there. It's $14.99, so I say it's legit.

Includes both cuts apparently.

I really hope that Stripes isn't branching. The DVD sucks and you can't watch the Theatrical version because of the stuttering plus the chapters for the extended actually cut out pieces of the theatrical when you try and watch that version.

DVD being a different format than Blu-Ray, there is always the chance that the transition will be much smoother.

I ordered Airplane, Naked Gun, and Planes on-line at BB for pick-up today. Good thing I did because Stripes was nowhere to be found, the ad says Tuesday release date, and CS was none-too-pleased to let me have these 3, though they did lol. And to all the bargain hunters waiting to save a few bucks, I wouldn't sit too long, the lenticular slipcovers are just too sweet!

These are out today Sunday , Stripes only includes the extended cut, commentary and documentary. The theatrical cut and deleted scenes are not on the Blu Ray.

Airplane! , The Naked Gun and Planes, Trains and Automobiles all include the Special features from the DVDs plus all three come with a lenticular cover sleeve!

Apparently Best Buy has Sid and Nancy exclusively. Saw the picture on another forum.

I mentioned Archer Season 1 earlier in the thread as being a Best Buy excl. if you can add that when you get a chance.

HP films are (apparently) now out of print. So that being a BB exclusive...well, it should remain as such for at least a year or two.

City Slickers Blu now out of print and unavailable .... only can find it used on Amazon for about $30... yikes..

Classic Flix reports that 2 John Wayne titles,The Big Trail & The Barbarian and the Geisha, will be available on May 8th only at Walmart.

On BB .COM I see that the new release of Wall street is also a BB exclusive.
There is also another Ed Burns movie She's The One listed as an exclusive.

I was in store today and saw all three of these and they included a new slip cover that had a directors signature on the sleeve. I didn't look at the disc art to see what would make them new or exclusive other then possibly just th new slip cover.
