Turn off social features in Scott Pilgrim?

This may be a stupid question, but I haven't been able to find a solution so far. Every time I try to watch the movie (or any special feature, for that matter) on the Scott Pilgrim BD, the disc first takes me to a screen offering me to log onto my facebook or twitter account. It is pretty irritating when watching a series of short features and having to decline that page every single time. Is there a way to turn off this feature? I even tried disabling BD-Live, with no success.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Turn off social features in Scott Pilgrim?

Thank you. Is there a way to avoid logging into FB and Twitter? I am not really interested in posting about the movies that I'm watching, and it seems somewhat silly that they would force you to log into accounts that you may not even have at the moment.

BTW, I assume that everybody who has the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World BD experiences the same thing? I did a search and did not find any threads where this "forced" social network integration had been discussed.

Thanks again in advance for any advice.

That didn't happen to me on the PS3.

Same here.

Make sure you turn off BD-Live. Not only will it not load this BS, but discs will load a lot faster (especially Fox and Disney).

Well, it looks like it was a bug related to BD-Live, as erasing the player's local flash memory seems to have solved the problem.

By the way, disabling BD live does make load times a lot shorter. Thanks for all the replies!

Re: Turn off social features in Scott Pilgrim?

Has anyone else experienced audio problems on the making of documentary? My copy has a slight echo/metallic thing happening with the voices. It was particularly noticeable when they showed clips from the film. I doubt it's a player specific issue, as everything else on the disc sounded fine. Guess I'll be exchanging it soon...
