Just got it today at Target... Hopefully i can watch it over the weekend. Haven't seen it since I was a kid I just remember being haunted by the "Little April Shower" song, maybe its because my parents would play it along with other Disney songs before i would go to bed.

Re: Bambi: Diamond Edition - 3/1
I just bought this release brand new and I want to see what all of the fuss is about, yet, it loads up a Walt Disney Studios screen and just stays there. I can't access the menu, I can't access the movie, I can't access anything. Now knowing that this is the second copy that I've bought, I know it's not a faulty disc. Any advice anyone?

Have you updated the firmware?

Oddly enough, my Blu-Ray player is not connected to the Internet (Could never afford my own LAN adapter) and I tried using the one from my sister's Samsung Blu-Ray player and it wouldn't pick up the signal. Is there any other way to get the firmware update on the player?

Or Download the firmware and create a firmware disc.
USB is the easiest route.

I'm watching the movie now. Echoeing all previous comments, the transfer is a sight to behold. It's beautiful!
