I was browsing Amazon for the Battlestar Galactica complete series set. It appears they have two different sets available:

I looked at reviews to see which box set is better designed but the stupid review system has the same reviews on both.

Which box set is better to get? Also i only watched the pilot. Loved it and am tempted to get the whole set. Is it worth a blind buy?

First set: unwieldy size and generally disliked packaging (so much so a mail-in, exchange offer was instituted), now replaced by the second set.

Second set: smaller packaging, same season discs as the first set, but now adds generally disliked "The Plan" DTV movie.

Go with the second set. The Blu-Rays in regular season set packaging is much better.

If you loved the pilot, then absolutely...there are many episodes of the series that are even better....
