I got one today but never ordered one lol.
Apparently it was shipped to the wrong city because it had my address but someone else's name and zipcode. I opened it to see if was something I was expecting and it was the Battle Royale Limited Edition Blu-Ray. I sealed it back up and took it to the post office and said it was not mine and pointed out that it even had a different zip code than ours. They sealed it back up and sent it to the right place. Mr Scott Thompson from Old Fort Scott OH your Battle Royale blu-ray is on it's way to you |

Back, to this release, I watched some of the DC. It looks decent, could be much better, but I won't complain too much. Nice to have it on BD and it looks better in motion rather than the screencaps. Even though I'm not region-free, I can watch the Special Features disc on the computer. I guess I can toss my Starmax release now. |

Got mine today in Riverside, California and it was numbered 820 out of 10000! Beautifully packaged and I can't wait to dip into this on my day off tomorrow.

Got my copy of "Bay of Blood" today. Shipped on Dec. 11. It's odd how they seemed to be very sure that it would arrive before the 13th of this month....

Got mine yesterday here in MN # 8647/10000. Watched the Directors Cut last night and the picture quality is more than acceptable, many times better than my Starmax DVD version. I was actually impressed with the quality, for some reason I expected it to be a lot poorer than it was. Incredible set for ~$25.00 maybe the best bargain for this type of set ever. It is going to take some time to get through all the extras...

I tested the Special Features DVD in my Blu-ray players. The DVD is marked Region 0 on the disc label. The DVD did play in my Insignia NS-2BRDVD, but would not play in my Panasonic DMPBD65 (it gave the error "cannot play disc"), likely due to it being PAL.

Watched the TC last night. The PQ could be better, but it's the best the film has ever looked and the new improved subtitles are a godsend. Anyone else think the LFE track was a bit too active, though? I'm planning to watch the DC soon. This is such a gorgeous set for one of my favorite films. Major kudos to Arrow for doing it right.
