Paramount Home Entertainment has announced the action blockbuster Iron Man 2 for Blu-ray release on September 28. This BD/DVD/Digital copy combo pack comes fully loaded with immersive and interactive bonus materials including an in-depth, feature-length documentary of the making of the film, revealing featurettes about Nick Fury, Black Widow and War Machine, a look inside the creation of Stark Expo, deleted scenes and an exclusive peek inside the Marvel Super Hero Universe through the S.H.I.E.L.D. Data Vault.

so the "making-of" is only exclusive to Blu? that sucks for DVD only peeps. the original movie's making of was one of the more fascinating i have ever seen and i believe nearly 2 hours. i never sit through long extras in one sitting, but absolutely loved that one.

so in other worlds...get the BD? which is good for me cuz...I'll be damned if I'm getting a DVD of this film.

Never got to the theater to see this one. Release week purchase for me.

They forgot to include a deleted scene: Pepper Potts and Black Widow taking a shower together.

Seriously, I'll pick this up. I got the DVD Steelbook and I hope they have one for the BD this time around. Was there a steelbook for the Iron Man BD?

Yes, but it was a FutureShop Exclusive. It fetches huge money (hundreds of dollars) on eBay and the like, but people are speculating/hoping that maybe FutureShop will re-issue it as well as release an Iron Man 2 SteelBook at the same time.

At first glance I thought the thread title read, "IP Man 2" and I got really excited. Then I realized it's only Iron Man.

Day one I'm getting this bad boy, Future Shop SteelBook, Media Markt SteelBook, and Target Mask.

You need 4 copies of the same movie?

Uhhh, have you not seen Xage's Saw Collection??

Ill grab this when it goes cheap. Wasn't thrilled with the film.
