Would much prefer a DVD to a Digital Copy (or even a DVD/Digital Copy -- why haven't studios as a whole started doing this yet?), but I'll be interested to see what the Unrated version has in it.

What's weird is that I saw on the Blu-ray.com forums that it was scheduled to be a Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy release. I don't know who to believe now.

"Funnier than The Hangover"
Not exactly saying much to me.

For clarification, specifically, I meant the WB system, which is a special disc that has the movie and digital copy on it. I think it's a waste to include a whole disc for the purposes of Digital Copy, especially when some people won't use it. Either charge more for the DC version, or make it a DVD as well.

Damn, I heard this one was going to come out in July. June is already over-budget, so I'm going to need to use some saved credit for Lost-the Complete Series to pick this up.

Horrible cover art but a definite day one purchase for me! Loved this movie! I hope Best Buy/Wal-Mart/Target will have some kind of bonus or something.

I saw on videoeta.com it would have a dvd with it as well. I would kind of prefer it over a digital copy.

Does the standard dvd come with all the extras too?
I like the blu-ray but I can live with the standard version since this is not a Sci-Fi or special effects movie if has all the same features.

Well I know that now, but thanks. I made that original post back when the movie was first announced on Blu-ray, and there had been no word of a Best Buy Exclusive at all.

Re: Hot Tub Time Machine - June 29, 2010
The DVD copy is missing the 4 theatrical promo spots that he BD has. Looks like the regular non-Best Buy exclusive DVD doesn't have these either, so it's probably the exact same DVD.

Havent watched the bluray yet since i bought it, but did see it in the theatre earlier this year, have to say Crispin Glover really stole the show.
