Bought The Day the Earth Stood Still (3-Disc Special Edition) and War of the Worlds 2: The Next Wave at a flea market earlier today for $2 each. TDtESS replaces the DVD, WotW2 was an aw, fuck it purchase.

Amazon lowered the price of Doctor Who: The Time of the Doctor finally (Matt Smith's farewell), it arrived today (complete with slipcover fer' cryin' out loud).

They also lowered the price of His Dark Materials: The Complete Second Season to a manageable level, pre-ordered that (due to be released June 29th).

Finally decided to upgrade my Harry Potter DVDs. Bought the 2011 version of the Harry Potter Complete 8-Film Collection on blu-ray. Found a brand new copy of it (seller verified the pics of the pristine box set were actual) on Ebay for $28. That'll free up a little much-needed space in my bookcase for other videos.
