nice story. great movie. want to revisit the movie on Criterion as well. make someday, now. because, and not to be morbid, but you never know. i texted my dad the other day. all it said was "Love you pop". he texted me next day saying "thank you, same to you, but is everything ok? that's an unusual text from you"
i said everything was fine and that i just didn't think i said it enough and wanted to. he was pleased. so bottomline, if your son's had it tough past few weeks, see it now, tonight or sooner, rather than later...

Bought a Like New copy of Grimm: Season Four (w/ slipcover) on Ebay on June 8 for $16.93, bought Grimm: Seasons Five & Six (w/ slipcovers) at Best Buy today on sale for $18.99 ea., also bought Justice League (w/ slipcover) today at Target for $10. Best prices for all of these (in New or Like New condition) near as I can tell...

I could see it coming, but you're dad's secondary reaction still struck me as funny as I'd expect that's the universal reaction most parents would have to an adult child communicating that, out of the blue and sans anything else.

You must have worried the shit out of him for a good minute or two :)

At this point, even buying something from Twilight Time when it's on sale is a last resort. I'd rather wait and see if a UK label will release it, as just about all of them with the same studio licenses do a better job for less.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol in 4K. I will probably eventually pick up MI:III and MI: Rogue Nation but I will wait for the prices to go down.
