Picked these two up yesterday. I had to grab "Beauty and the Beast" in case something happens to my Zavvi 2D/3D steelbook preorder. I was hoping Zavvi would announce the release of a "Bambi" lenticular steelbook, but with no release planned I opted to pick up the Best Buy exclusive. It's quite a beautiful upgrade over the previous Diamond Edition design.

Well, Best Buy is having an awesome sale and I finally picked up a number of recent releases that I was anxiously waiting to buy at reduced prices. I picked up "The Magnificent Seven," and "Passengers" for an insane $5 each because they are part of the Sony Savestation B1G1 promo. I also grabbed "Allied," "Arrival" and "Patriots Day" for just $9.99 each. Lastly, I grabbed "Speed Racer: the Complete Collection" for $20.69. I just didn't want to wait on "Speed Racer." It had a pristine slipcover and I couldn't resist picking it up...that along with "Jonny Quest" were, hands-down, my favorite animated shows as a kid. Yesterday's trip to Best Buy pretty much guaranteed that I would sit out the current Twilight Time sale. But grabbing all these new titles with minty slipcovers, UV codes and Black Friday prices was just too hard to resist.
