I totally missed this one. It's one of my favorite films and it's been mastered from a 4K source, so why not? Damn, it's been 30 years already.

I don't think so. The Region B steelbook I have that was releases a few years ago is Region Free. I don't have it in my hands to confirm it just yet.

Just be forwarned that there's an ongoing debate over at that other forum about the new BD. It reminds me of the whole Goodfellas fiasco. Does it have crush, is there contrast boosting, etc., along with pics from Cap o holics or whatever the site is called that has caps comparing the new version with the last version that came out.
