Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
BTTF is my favorite film of all-time, so I'll be quite happy if this is true.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Even though its BTTF, I'll wait till it hits $35/40.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Wow, that zonadvd.com image just says it all. :)

Dammit, Nick!
What? :) Some are saying it's fake, since December 28 is supposedly equal to April 1 in Spain.

re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I just saw it online.

re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
This is a nice surprise. And 5 discs this time.
Kind of makes me sad for the day I sell the regular old DVD set after sending in for the correct discs. It was years ago, but still... Bring on Jaws 19! I believe everything I see on the internet. |
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
It's fake.
That's not to say it's not coming next year with the 25th anniversary, but that ad is phony. |
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Damn.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Wonder if there will be any new extras such as timeline interactive stuff within the movie etc? I bet the first three discs are the films in high def, and the last two discs are standard def discs with the extras from the two disc sets.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
That's fake? That sucks.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Might be Fake, but still coming in 2010.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
That sucks. I held out getting the standard 2 disc versions because I thought by now they would have been out on BR. That's not to say that when Crystal Skull came out I thought for sure that the other Indy films would have been out at the same time.
|
re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
That's a pretty good fake, it would have fooled me. Damn it.
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Fooled me. :(
The Jaws 19 thing though makes it obvious. |

I agree. It also doesn't contain the wording that I'd expect from a legit flyer.

I've seen lots like that from magazines retailers would get to order items (working at Hollywood and Blockbuster). Oh well. Lock it.

Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I took this roller coaster ride waiting for BTTF on DVD. I shall believe NOTHING until the BD is spinning in my player.
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
No BTTF ride footage = no sale.
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I just got the new BTTF score in the mail today and was wondering when the trilogy was coming to BD as I listened to it.
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Ugh... I was really happy there for a second.
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I can't see it being a five-disc set. I'd be surprised by more than three.
Knowing Universal, all the extras that appeared with both the original trilogy release and the recent re-releases will make it's way to the BD. Any other extras are up to speculation. |
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
^ I can see them put in U-Control like they did with the Bourne movies. But I think that might be the extent of it (or perhaps some lame timeline feature or something, lol).

U-Dial: It syncs up with your rotary phone!
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
Funny thing is that 3D in the future is so crappy. With CGI the way it is, you think Jaws 19 would be more than photorealistic in 3D. ;)
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
It's about time they packaged the trilogy with a hoverboard or at least those futuristic Nike sneakers.

Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I've heard rumors it's coming out in 2010, and I'll buy it the second it hits shelves.
|
Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
The site admitted it was faked...besides, the whole "Jaws 19 in 3-D" should have made it obvious...

Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I knew that was fake asap, but I kinda dig the slipbox.

Re: Back to the Future Trilogy ------> 2010?
I almost woke the wife to give her the news. Well, I guess I could wake her to give her something else.
