I can't see it being a five-disc set. I'd be surprised by more than three.
Knowing Universal, all the extras that appeared with both the original trilogy release and the recent re-releases will make it's way to the BD. Any other extras are up to speculation.

^ I can see them put in U-Control like they did with the Bourne movies. But I think that might be the extent of it (or perhaps some lame timeline feature or something, lol).

Funny thing is that 3D in the future is so crappy. With CGI the way it is, you think Jaws 19 would be more than photorealistic in 3D.

Well, the complete "Looking Back at the Future", with the sequel-relevant pieces rather than just the parts relating to the original, is probably a given.

I almost woke the wife to give her the news. Well, I guess I could wake her to give her something else.

Besides Star Wars this was the most obsessively obnoxious bunch when it came to the original DVD release. Anytime anyone involved with the originals farted, the BTTF website would buzz about how it's really going to happen this time. I will eventually pick this up and have already unloaded my original set while the unloading was good. Will certainly be glad when more catalog titles are released in general.

It's too bad both sequels sucked so badly (my opinion, send your complaints to the editor). Unless all 3 are packaged and sold under $40, then all I want is the original and one of the best movies of all time.

Iam going to assume, that they are going to include all the BTTF the ride cue line videos and the actual ride film itself that was included on the special edition sddvd earlier this year. that was the first and only standard def dvd i have bought in 2 years just cause of the inclusion of the ride on the special features disc. as you might be able to tell from my screen name i used to be performer on the Jaws attraction at universal orlando, but there were a few times in my years there that i rescued over at BTTF when i was feeling a bit under the weather with a scratchy throat etc.
Have some great memories of BTTF the ride

Our tour guide at the Jaws attraction was hilarious.

Really? I don't think think its a bad trilogy by any means. Outside of Star Wars, the LOTR, and think its one of most well-rounded trilogies. By that, I mean the worst of the series (whichever you think), is still a good movie. Of course, this is one of my all-time favorite series, and BTTF has been my favorite movie since childhood.
