To the poster (above the above poster): I seriously doubt it is anything other than the regular PG-13 release included inside a slip-case box.

That quote is not even about the same set, they're talking about HITMAN, LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD: UNRATED, and STREET KINGS dvd set.

Nevertheless, every website is using it for their listing of the Blu-ray version. Oh, well...
