TF2 only cause of Imax (with extra scenes) or it would have been a Blu-R rent.

I was wondering that myself. The Blu-Ray was announced as Region B, & now that reviews are coming out, it has been confirmed as Region B, that is why I assumed since a couple of you posted you were getting it, that meant you had Region free players.

I think all the Canadians who would buy this and not be able to watch it would be pretty pissed off, so we'll have to see how it turns out.

I'm renting Dead Snow and Wrong Turn 3 this week and I'll wait to grab Transformers 2 used since I wasn't too impressed with it.

No one will be watching it

I don't have a Region-Free Blu player and was curious (as others) why Canada would be throwing out B locked discs.

The Dead Snow BD coming out tomorrow is a Canadian release from a Canadian distributor - i.e. NOT region B locked. It's simply impossible, it has to be region A, AB, or ABC. The same studio that is releasing this released The Brothers Bloom on October 6th. I have that disc, and it plays just fine in my region A player (not that I ever doubted).

It makes sense to me that this sounds right, I guess it's only the UK edition that has been reviewed & posted about thus far. I'll wait until I see a review first before ordering though.
