^ usually but that's not always the case

finished deleted animation from films include:

- Who Framed Roger Rabbit
- Land Before Time
- Little Nemo (clipped for the US release of the film - to secure it's G rating)
- The Black Cauldron

and I'm sure others, that aren't on the top of my mind at the moment.

in terms of the UK DVD release of the movie, Cartman's slew of expletives near the end includes the 'c' word, which isn't in the US R-rated version.

I thought the whole joke of the MPAA process for South Park was that MPAA had a lot of problems with many scenes, that Trey and Matt said sure they'll cut it, they didn't remove a single thing, resubmitted the film with no alterations and the MPAA just gave the film an R-rating thinking they saw a new revised cut... when they hadn't.

I thought they resubmitted the film with harsher jokes that they knew the MPAA would object to just so they would focus on those and let the ones that they wanted in slide.

I'll be picking this up for sure on day one. Slim extras but the commentary alone will make it worth it for me. Really wish that I had those CD's with the commentary's for season 1.

I have them. I have to work both jobs tonight and tomorrow, but I will rip them into MP3 and post them on a file sharing site this weekend. Link(s) will be found in this thread when I do.

I don't think so....at least, if they are, the mods will instantly delete them.

Really? Well thank you for the heads up. I didn't think it would be a problem, considering they were free.

Havent' they said in the past that the movie was originally slapped with an NC-17, so they did have to make some changes

It was. But they said that they would then send the movie back with no changes at all in parts that were requested to be changed and with newer raunchier stuff in places that was requested to be changed and it then got approved.

Matt and Trey are awesome.

Wonder if there'll be any deals with this and the Season 12 set- I haven't bought that yet since it's a bit pricy and I don't yet have an HDTV to watch it on.

Sigh. Looks Paramount used the automatic scratch removal process again:

I hope that doesn't affect much of the movie. Since they only posted one example, I'm thinking it doesn't, but that is disappointing.

Listened to the audio commentary while I was doing other things yesterday and it was hilarious. Absolutely worth the purchase price of the disc. I wish they'd found something else, like deleted footage, but it's worth getting just for the commentary. Very funny.
