Best Buy's site has it listed as backorder, and amazon has posted this message:

It may have been withdrawn because a few customers printed reviews that the runtime listed on the Amazon description is wrong. Its a misprint on the cover but its Amazon's decision to pull the title

Amazon did the same thing with Taken last week and they now have it back up for sale.
