I feel your pain. But, not only that but some are reporting partial orders have been shipped and delivered with the back-orders supposedly shipping later. I was emailed that explicitly no partial orders would be processed, all orders with back-order items would be held up until the entire order could be fulfilled.

I'm guessing they might be overwhelmed and unprepared for the response and are sort of making it up as they go...

Oh well, the deal was good enough to be worth the wait. Luck all.

Alright I've sta on the fence with this long enough, I need to send in some covers to get some BDs. I don't need to replace them, but for the minimal price, I think it is worth it. Plus, Howell is only 20min away from me, so hopefully my turnaround will be quick

Walk it up to the front door and see if you can save on the shipping.

Sent the covers in on 4/23, delivered on 5/13. Couldn't pick them up until yesterday. Great. Now I think I'm going to get some disc sleeves, and put the HD DVD in there and store it in the Blu-Ray case.

Solution for Canadians with American friends who don't want you to use their C.C.

Well, it looks like I figured it out.

I picked 25 titles. Proceeded to checkout.
I put my friend's American address in Colorado as the Shipping and Billing addresses.
I used my Canadian credit card information.

Order was processed, no problem.

I do have to pay for the shipping myself to get it to Warner in Michigan, but that's not too bad. When the discs arrive in Colorado, my friend will hold onto it until my next visit (within 2 months).

Win-win (win!)

Is Casablanca off the list now or am I just overlooking it?

It's gone. Not too surprised the way they're handling it. I wouldn't have sent in if I knew I'd have my discs already without it.

I wonder if they will still honor the ones already sent in

The single disc matrix looks gone too. Both of those were in the order I sent in awhile ago and there is still no charge to my cc.

I'm pretty sure if you got an order in that they will honor it. They did with the others taken off.

Do you mean if they have received the cover or if you placed the order online before it was taken off?

Received one of my orders today. The one with the Sopranos and Casablanca is still pending.

I'm still waiting on my order...although, it has Casablanca in it, and I know that was on backorder.

Well, they just made up my mind for me.

I bought Casa for cheap on iNetVideo and I'm perfectly content with it as I am the Matrix movies. I may upgrade if WB does this again, but I just couldn't fork out another $40 this time for something I already have.

As long as you placed the order online before it was taken off. Thats what the WB representative told people previously.

Re: Warner launches "Red2Blu" trade-in program

Nope. I checked on their site and nothing there. Maybe they'll bring the titles back after they get sufficient stock--which would be a good idea instead of accepting orders for stuff that doesn't exist. At the same time, I hope they don't raise prices when those titles do come back.

Re: Warner launches "Red2Blu" trade-in program

I did get an email reply saying that Casablanca would definitely be fulfilled for all orders placed before they took it off the site. I had sent them an email before I got my answer here

For those who have received, are these being shipped to you thru ups, or usps?

Thanks.
