Has anyone been able to get logged in to Disney Movie Rewards to get the points and download the digital copy? I keep getting errors and redirected when using IE and Firefox.

Worked fine for me with Safari on a Mac about an hour ago.

My Disney Rewards account has been screwed for weeks - everytime I log in it takes me directly to the "update information" page asking for an address...no matter how many times I enter the address, it never takes and I can't access any other pages at all - so I can't get to my current points and can't enter the three codes I have sitting in front of me... and their email support has been fucking useless.

The same thing has been happening to me. They first told me that it was the Firefox browser, but then I checked using IE and Safari and i couldn't get log in. I thought I was the only one having this issue.

Just entered mine, no problem.

Just open a account today. Have about 30 Disney Blu-ray codes to enter. And I am getting the error message below.
"An error has occurred. Please click the Continue button to go to the Disney Movie Rewards home page."

I emailed them and they told me to check my personal info and see if I was using a PO Box as a address. I am not. Told me not to use Firefox. So I switch to IE 8 and even chrome and still get the same error. I am using XP.
