How come the tv commercial for Holmes shows a different blu cover? Is the picture below the slipcover different with only Downey Jr on it?

I've waited forever to see it relatively cheap. Picked it up for $60+tax, which is fine by me.

I hope something pushes Jason and The Argonauts into Blu-Ray territory.
