The Wizard of Oz - Walmart Exclusive one-disc edition (or should that be, "Disc One Edition?"). Watched it last night, and while my wife and I each noticed things we'd never seen before (such as Glinda's hat being translucent), the audio track was out of sync through a lot of the movie. Anyone know what's up with that?

i have the wal-mart edition and didn't notice any problems...how obvious was it?

Pretty obvious, I thought. It seemed especially bad in the sepia segments at the beginning, and not bad at all during the songs. The rest of the film was hit-or-miss, with about a half-second lag. It wasn't Godzilla-dubbing bad, but it was pretty distracting.

Will Target honor a printout from Walmart's site? Just curious because I don't PM much and Best Buy honored a printout of an XBox 360 wireless controller for $36 recently. I'm assuming it's hit or miss, but I'd still like to know the probability due to your recent experience. Thanks.

Per Target policy, you need a printed ad, but YMMV of course. This is one of the rare weeks that Walmart actually has a printed ad.

and shockingly I got a notice from Amazon that The Third Man Blu-ray had shipped. Totally forgot about ordering this, but I guess they got a few more in stock. That one set me back $30, but at least I can sell the 2 disc DVD to cover the cost.

Batman Anthology for $8 and change. Wanted to save the gift certificate for Jan and thought my pre-orders of Extract and Jennifer's Body would be the last of the year, but the $46.99 price for 2 great movies, one very average movie, and one coaster was just too good to pass up.

Got it yesterday in the mail and did not like the box packaging at all. Still happy to have the first 2 movies, though.
