I was also at Fry's today. Picked up Gattaca BD and Curse of the Golden Flower BD for $9.99 each. Couldn't resist at that price point.

Freaky, I just did this before checking in on the forum today.
But I don't post stuff until I actually have it in my hands.

I just picked up JCVD. Disappointed that the only audio track is in 448k.

First, I always buy 2 copies, mainly, 1 is to watch and other to keep it sealed. Or sometime if there are any damage on steelbook then I have sell it for profit.

Secondly, I bought the movies for the steelbook packaging and films.

Re: The Last Blu-ray or HD-DVD you Bought (Round 2)

I bought...

7th Voyage of Sinbad
The Usual Suspects

...at Fry's on Friday. I know that The Usual Suspects was an unforgivable barebones release, but for $9.99 I figured I'd go ahead and get it (I've only seen the movie once, and never bought the DVD).

Recently I ordered...

Star Trek Season 1 Blu Ray

...and I'm really looking forward to watching that set. The new effects look cool from the brief snippets and pics that I've seen. I grew up watching that show, and it will be nice to have something new to watch with those episodes.

Dexter: Season 1 (Blu-Ray)
Dexter: Season 2 (Blu-Ray)

I already own S1/S2 on SD, but I couldn't resist upgrading. One of my favorite shows on TV

Firefly the Complete Series I put in an order at Half.com ages ago when the series was released and forgot all about it. Just got word that someone accepted my price. Have no idea if it is still a decent price and no need to check because I own it now.

Is the video quality bad? I havent seen good reviews yet and its a shame the 4th film didnt have both versions, only PG13. Still want to get it someday but hear its worth passing on. Your thoughts?
