Blu-ray Clone Wars trueHD problem...
I did a search and couldn't find it if there was one. Could someone check their blu-ray and receiver, to see if the trueHD track works? When I click the trueHD track it automatically defaults to the dolby EX soundtrack. I just got my reciever back from being repaired (onkyo 606), and all other trueHD tracks work fine. My player is a Panasonic BD-50. Thanks

I had a problem with my BD30 and Onkyo 605. I don't know if the player is sending the EX flag but there's nothing there, or something else. I had this problem with bitstreaming. I wound up just using my PS3 to play it, although I could have probably just set the BD30 to decode.
In a nutshell my Onkyo just kept clicking trying to lock on to the audio. There were some others that reported similar issues at AVS so I wouldn't worry about the gear - it's probably the way the disc was done.
Out of curiosity what happened to your 606 that you needed repair?

The first repair was on the front left channel and the surround left channel, I blew both. The 606 is a 7.1 receiver, I am not sure about the 605. Well anyway back in end of Oct I sent it to be repaired. I got it back and they didn't fix the surround left. So I sent it back on Nov 10. I got it back on Dec 11, after they couldn't duplicate the problem that whole month. So they called Onkyo to see what they thought the problem was. Onkyo sent them and had them replace the intermitten printed circuit board in the audio circuit. After that was fixed the problem was solved. Now they lost my remote, and I am waiting for a replacement. The channels I blew, happened from a dts bomb on the Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanamo bay. You can check AVS to find out what that is about. But it blew both of my speakers, and as far as I know the problem has never been fixed by New Line. Onkyo, and I think Pioneer and Yamaha were the only receivers that had the dts bomb happen. I check the onkyo site frequently for firmware updates. So I can't watch the movie without blowing my speakers. That Sucks.

Oh dude that blows the bomb got you like that. I updated my Onkyo a while ago with the fix that was floating around. I remember some weird popping in my surround left during H&K 2 but it didn't damage anything thankfully.

Just wanted to bump this and see if this ever worked for you Tyler. I'm having the same problem with Domino which also has a TrueHD EX track according to the specs. My secondary audio is set to Off on the BD30.

I also have a panasonic 30 and onkyo 605 receiver. I did have a problem with the clone wars. I called panasonic about it. the more people call the better it can get fixed.

What Josh Z suggested didn't work. SO I traded in my Blu-ray. I haven't repurchased it yet, but I will in the future. Bunkaroo-that sucks about Domino, I was looking forward to getting that movie as well.
