They Live (UK) -- 9/5/11
Decided to see if it was coming out and found the page at amazon saying it'd come out this Tuesday but was discontinued. Any news on why or if it's coming out again?

I remember reading somewhere that they were having issues with the frame rate and audio synching. I know it's being rescheduled but I don't know to when.

I'd rather see a "Put on the God Damned Glasses" Edition, complete with your own pair of glasses...

The recalled previous disc was Region B, so this will almost certainly be the same. Region-free players are pretty cheap now though - Best Buy's Insignia player is around 90 bucks and can be made region-free with a remote hack, although apparently the new firmware disables region switching.

Yeah I got that notice too a couple of days ago. As much as I love this film I can't see spending $40 US for the Italian BD.

I noticed that the RB Italian disc is only 9,99 Euros from Amazon.it, but shipping is 14 euros, so the grand total would be around $28. I've seen the disc and was quite pleased with it. Here's DVD Beaver's review.

I finally broke down and ordered it. If I saw it in a store for $28 I wouldn't hesitate so no reason to not order for $28 shipped.

Of course me doing this will spur the UK or a domestic release out of limbo so you're all welcome in advance.
