Netflix HD Now Streaming to S3 TiVo Boxes!

I didn't receive an e-mail from TiVo like they said I would when this was made official. It wasn't available instantly following the update a few days ago, but as of this morning streaming works! It's a really clean interface and the design is awesome, better than the standard TiVo look in my opinion.

Just thought I would let you guys know!

Edit: Just got the e-mail.

I used it yesterday and during the movie they did scheduled maintenance on the Video on Demand section. Other than that, I'm happy.

I just have to say that I really do miss TIVO. It's hard to go back to regular TV once you've had one for awhile.

This seems like a really great perk too.

They're doing HD as well? I could only find SD stuff.

Once you add the device to your account, it'll add HD in the genre menu of Watch it now.

Yeah, I added my Tivo yesterday and it's still showing me nothing but SD?

Do you have Blu-Ray activated on your account? There was a debate going on in the old thread about the possibility of needing that enabled in order to get HD material.

Ahh, when are they going to bring HD to us Roku owners? The first to get steaming looks to be the last to get HD streaming. Ok, rant over, enjoy your HD.

I get HD and I don't have Blu-ray on my account. Not sure what the debate's about.

What's a title that should have an HD stream? I'll try to go look at that one and see if it gives me the option.

Thanks that worked. I guess I was looking for some kind of indicator on Netflix that would tell me whether it was HD or not.

Found this picture online, kind of common knowledge stuff but thought I'd post in case somebody else needs a quick newbie walk-through:

How is Netflix streaming as compared to the 360 or PlayOn? Because I never get more than two bars. Is it worth it upgrading from the Series2 to the HD?

BTW I have Blu-Ray enabled on Netflix and yet I don't have HD under Genres on the Watch It Now tab, it goes from Gay & Lesbian to Horror

Edit: Nevermind on the HD. Figured it out with Netflix support. But I am curious to hear from someone who has tried 360, PlayOn, Roku, and/or Tivo streaming.
