Why should this surprise anyone at this point?
Most new Blu-ray titles are being released with exclusive bonus features...whether it is BD-Live downloads, or "Bonus View" PIP tracks....or even next weeks giant, The Dark Knight, with two exclusive 45 minute HD documentaries....
Unfortunately for standard DVD owners, Blu-ray Disc is the future and most of the studios typically want to put out the best editions to push the format....

Also, of the features you listed, these two actually already ARE on the regular DVD:

I feel used & abused! I was actually looking forward to a reg-Df Special Edition of the first film.
