The problem isn't just the lack of a button. The player doesn't have that function enabled at all. The Harmony database does have a "subtitle" command for Panasonic (probably the code from their DVD players), but it doesn't work with the Blu-ray machines.

Is this a re-badged 3800? I have to wonder about Denon sometimes, although I love their products.
