I actually remember reading an odd article somewhere where the writer was talking about Crank as a metaphor for globalization.

Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D. Pretty fun uses of 3D. Movie so-so.

Damn Raimi for changing the film and omitting the mono. Dammit.

Nympomaniac Volume II

I liked Volume 1 better and it had a lot more sex though Willem Dafoe was in Vol 2.

I'm relieved to hear that Dafoe is in the volume that has less sex. I have already seen his Johnson in Antichrist and once was more than enough.

^Wow, that is absolutely horrendous cover art. That might rival Real Genius on DVD.

I recently watched The Swimmer starring Burt Lancaster. I had no idea what I was getting into when I got it on Blu-ray but it has one of the most interesting scripts from the Sixties I've ever seen. One of those niche Blu-rays I would have no problem recommending as a blind purchase to the interested movie lover.

The Angriest Man in Brooklyn

It sucked

Maybe it is time to use redbox and get a real movie like Non-Stop.
