It took 13 years but i'm finally a DVDTalk Legend

Super 8 this was actually a very fun movie. Kudos to Elle Fanning. Often overshadowed by her much more well known older sister, she acted so mature in this movie I figured she was older than the boys in the film but she was younger.

Drive (2011)

Didn't love it but I did enjoy it quite a bit.

The Exterminator - Fun, but poorly written, and Christopher George's acting would be better suited for porno movies. He's just... bad.

The Thing (2011) - Still not a great film, but it's a passable prequel to Carpenter's vastly superior film.

The Thing (1982) - Had to watch this as the other film dovetails so nicely. Never. Gets. Old.

I love the part where he mistakenly refers to The Exterminator as The Executioner, chuckles, then corrects himself. No need for a second take there!

Chuck S2 this show was on fire. The Christmas Eve nod to Die Hard always has me rolling

Generation Kill first 2 episodes disc 1. Interesting but just getting to know the characters

More Chuck S2

More Generation Kill A good series but BoB focuses on an elite group with a great leader in Maj Winters. GK focuses on a group of Marines with one boneheaded leader after another.

Just Go With It Guilty pleasure with Jennifer Anniston and Brooklyn Decker in bikinis. To be honest, I prefer Anniston over Decker even though Decker is obviously younger and more buxom.

Finally got around to watching this for the first time last night....

...thought it was pretty good overall. Sound was something to hear. Left off in a good place to where we should see more.

Mission Impossible I last saw it in 1996 or 1997. Far better than the most recent installment. DePalma did pretty good work here and I love the Topkapi inspired bit.
