Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 2 better than part 1 but I still find these difficult to follow because of the accents and unusual names

Looney Tunes Platinum
It was great watching the animated shorts in High Def. Gorgeous PQ and AQ.

Is the pacing consistent? Because the previous film started out strong but, once the kids ended up in the forest, it ground to an unbearingly boring halt.

Just watched the extended cut of Cowboys & Aliens. Great PQ and AQ. I actually enjoyed the movie a heck of a lot more the second time around.

Interestingly enough, there were only 2 minutes of the additional 16 that I hadn't already seen when I watched it at the theater.
Spoiler:
The campfire scene (where Jake kisses Ella) where they all have quiet moments before they go into the final battle the next day and Percy paying back Doc and apologising to him (thus implying that Percy did remember what a shithead he'd been).

So I guess we got a longer cut in PR for no apparent reason during its theatrical run.

Cowboys and Aliens The theatrical version as a Blockbuster rental. Found this movie quite a bit of fun.

My rental copy only had the theatrical cut but it was a lot of fun. It seems like you always get the extended cuts. I remember years ago there was Kate and Leopold and then another one that escapes me right now you guys got the EC in the theaters

Christmas Vacation Dusted off the HD DVD player for some Christmas cheer from cousin Eddie.

The Debt found this pretty dull and ended up turning it off

It doesn't always happen but, as you noted, it has happened before. The other movie (the one you couldn't remember) was Taken. It's funny cos we get the US trailers and the theaters identify them with the US theatrical ratings but the actual cuts are different.

Blow Out

Blow Out is easily one of my favorite films of all time, I've been watching it a lot as of late.

Breaking Bad Seasons 1-3

No descriptions for the episodes makes it hard to figure where I left off.

Captain America: The First Avenger

Really fun film! Both my g/f and I liked it. Though the Steve Rogers CGI was funny/distracting, having Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, fully made up for it.

The Last Circus - Holy shit - this movie was insane. I haven't seen anything this visually stunning in ages, and the plot is just fucking nuts. Carolina Bang is so hot it's unreal.

Ulver: The Norwegian Opera House - Most people don't know who Ulver are, but the songs are hypnotic and entrancing, while the performance features a number of psychedelic and disturbing clips playing in the back. Fantastic concert.
