WTF? That's lame. I was one of the first to get it on the deal. Oh well.

Haven't watched it yet, but it does contain both 2-D and 3-D versions (with 4 sets of glasses), as well as a second disc with a digital copy. Quite the deal (especially with the $5 bonus coupon)!
Are the glasses the normal red and blue kind...like the ones included in the Nightmare on Elm Street boxset?

I want to rent it for the 3D but just want to make sure I have the proper glasses.

I watched this with the family last night and was pleasantly surprised - in a good, fun way.

The glasses are magenta & green and worked quite well. Images leapt off the screen and reached out well into my living room.

The effect is MUCH better than the Polar Express, (which has red & blue glasses)

I ordered right after you posted this deal GizmoDVD and was cancelled as well. While I am disappointed that some got this filled who ordered after I did, I did receive the $5 coupon and applied it to the Outlaw Josey Wales on dvd (Sept '08 release) for $5 and change shipped.

That's one less thing for me to order during a certain 20% off sale coming up...

I couldn't even find a use for that $5 coupon so I just deleted it.

Uh, oh. My copy shipped from Blockbuster Online, and I was planning on watching it with my existing red/blue glasses that came with Spy Kids 3D DVD a few years ago.

I haven't received any kind of email from Family Video, either saying it was cancelled or shipped. Sent them an email today asking for the status of my order.

I forgot I ordered this from Warner as an add-on to get to free shipping.. it was a blast watching this projected on the big screen, stuff was just flying everywhere! But it gave me a bad headache afterwards, my head still hurts today.

I don't know if you saw Hannah Montana 3D on Blu-ray...but is it similar to that (in 3D)? I was nausious after about ten minutes (and not being of the music, but the 3D effects).

I didn't see Hannah Montana, but no, the 3D here didn't make me sick, it was pretty fun, I was jumping & dodging stuff every minute. But it put a strain on my eyes... I'll definitely check it out again & demo it for others, but I don't know if I'll watch more than 15-20 minutes at a time.
