I actually got in on this deal yesterday almost right away, just never got to mention it. At this price, I can't complain.

My card has a pending charge of $12.80... so it looks like the deal stuck!

I just received a package from Family Video, for a DVD version starring Ricky Schroder. I checked my order history just to make sure I ordered the right thing and it's the Blu-Ray version. So be on the lookout.

Just to follow up on this, I called Family Video and they seem well aware of the problem already. I mentioned I received the wrong disc and the CS guy already knew the title. He said they'll contact everyone about it tomorrow.

Oh man...that title is bad. Really bad. I had to suffer though it...bad acting and slow plot.

Yep, I got it as well. Not a movie I was really interested in anyways, so no big loss.

They didn't even bother sending me an email to tell me they cancelled my order. I had to check my account to find that out. Nor have they bothered to refund my money to my account either. I'll give them until Monday and then I'm contacting my bank. They shouldn't be charging people upfront in the first place.

No refund to my account either.

Shocked they didn't honor this as they did with TTCM a month back.

Hmm. I noticed I haven't been credited, either. Nice.

How can you take the time to process everyone's fucking canceled order but not have the time to process the refund with it.

Once again, same here. I don't think I will be taking advantage of their $5 coupon offer...

They have all those Blu-ray Echo Bridge titles for $8.99...so like $6 or $7 shipped if you use a coupon. Also some Weinstein HD DVD titles cheap. My coupon will wind up ending up in my trash.

I would like my money back. Next time don't charge until you ship like you're supposed to. Thank you, drive through.

Yeah, I checked my credit card transactions and it's still on there. It might take a couple (business) days, but I went ahead and contacted them just in case to find out about when the refund will be applied.

And I do agree, it's rediculous to charge first before shipping. I knew there was a reason I avoided buying from this site... Oh well.

So they honor the TCM error, but not this one? Lame. I don't think I'll use my coupon either.

Just got my copy of this today. I was surprised, since I first received the email saying they sent the wrong title, refunded my original order, and gave me the $5 coupon. Then they sent another email saying to disregard the previous email. Then I got the wrong version in the mail, which I sent back.

Haven't watched it yet, but it does contain both 2-D and 3-D versions (with 4 sets of glasses), as well as a second disc with a digital copy. Quite the deal (especially with the $5 bonus coupon)!
