My thoughts exactly. I have a few that have been announced but not many.

Well, you can count me out on To Live and Die in L.A., looks like it's got no extras.

I'm going to have to at least rent Go again. William Fichtner is hilarious in that film.

"You want us to sell Amway?
"Its Confederated Products. It's a different company; it's a different quality of product."

Maybe. Although Amazon list it as a two disc release with the second disc a DVD??? Maybe they will just combine the bare bones Japanese Blu-ray with the previous DVD release?

Punchdrunk Love.. Nice.

Now if we can get Boogie Nights, Magnolia, and Hard Eight, I would be a happy camper.

Well spotted teke183.

Hasnt Friday the 13th already been released? Or is that the newer one?

The original is owned by Paramount and was already released....this is for the new/remade version, which is owned by Warner via New Line (after all, this info is being taken from a Warner promotion)....

That Horton film w/Jim Carrey is by Fox.....this is in reference to the original, non-CGI animated version that will be released by Warner....

Seriously. I was nowhere near any of the screenings last year. Easily one of my most anticipated movies of (hopefully) this year.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part III

It truly is a shame that Trick r Treat is being unceremoniously dumped DTV. Seeing it with a packed house at Screamfest last year was amazing, and this movie needs to be screened theatrically.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part III

Amazon has pre-order listings up, with prices, for Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead. No dates yet, but when they add prices, it usually means an announcement is close.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part III

Yes! Another combo retired!

I think after I get this, the only combos I'd have left to replace are Breakfast Club, the Break-Up and Elizabeth: TGE. I will definitely crack open a cold one in celebration on the day my collection is combo free.
