I ask because I just purchased Letters from Iwo Jima along with Flags Of Our Fathers. I know the latter is a 2-disc set and it came with both discs. Letters from Iwo Jima, however, came packaged with a 2-disc case but no second disc in sight. Is this a packaging error or am I missing a disc?

Probably just a packaging error.

Edit: Nevermind on the rest. Its a Warner title, my bad.

Got the same 2 disc case for 'Letters' and I ordered it directly from Warner's website.

A few other people have mentioned this with other Warner titles in the past few months. Its mainly been the Kubrick titles though.

Look at the disc itself. If its 2 or more discs it would usually say 'Disc 1' somewhere on it, or at least on the back of the case it will mention the split (typically because of special features).

I could use some spare 2-disc cases. If anyone got one of these and would like to trade the 2-disc case for a traditional single-disc case, let me know.

Just to confirm, Letters from Iwo Jima is indeed a single-disc release.
