Hellboy Bluray problems?

I ordered hellboy for bluray through amazon and it kept freezing at a certain point then the rest of the movie wouldnt play.

I got amazon to ship me out another and now this one just kind of skips sporadically and the sound comes and goes as it wishes at around the same point in the movie.

I have a samsung bdup-5000 and all updated firmware, no other movie has done this yet. Is this a common problem or what? I searched with no avail.

Are there any scratches or blemishes on the back of the disc??? i read some Blu-ray players (especially Samsung) are very finicky about the discs and they have to be spotless.

I just got done watching Hellboy on my Magnavox NB500MG9 and didn't have any problems what so ever. I got the movie from Amazon yesterday.

My version is fine as well, and I have watched it twice so far. Perhaps you could let us know at what point in the movie this is happening.

Boil the disc. Seriously. It may fix whatever problem the disc is having. Works for me on many DVDs.

Edit: Then again, will this affect the special coating on the BD disc? Hmm.
