I know the blurays of Ocean's Twelve and Thirteen each had bluray exclusive extras. Each movie has a commentary and I believe Thirteen also has a featurette not included on the standard dvd.

The D-Files feature on Enchanted is exclusive to the Blu-ray release.
Also in the coming soon category, the S2 Blu-ray release of Heroes will include all the SD extras plus:
- Hero Connections: Bio's, PIP Cast & Crew Commentaries
- Hero Connections: Network
- My Scenes
- BD Live: Enabled
I would image that the S1 set released the same day (8-26-2008) will also have additional Blu-ray only features...

Lost: S3 had 2 (I think, maybe more) exclusive features on blu. 1 involved Qs being answered by Cuse/Lindelof. Too bad they didn't really cover any new ground...

Both National Treasure movies have Blu-ray exclusive features. Each has a featurette/documentary (depending on your definition), and one has a commentary, while the other has some additional deleted scenes.

Personally, I don't think they should be putting exclusive extras on BDs, unless of course they can't be done on DVD. I don't think it's fair to DVD consumers to hold things back to try to get people to buy into BD.
I should like it because I want BD to succeed, but at the same time I understand why DVD-only people get upset when they find out about this.

So BluRay is supposed to be able to hold 5 times as much as a regular DVD. Is anyone else intimidated by this? I barely have enough time to watch the extras on my DVDs. But if I don't, I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth.

Some Blu-ray releases just destroy the DVD version in terms of special features.
Check out this incredibly useful link:
http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/reviews_hd.html
The titles at the top of that list blow the DVDs out of the water. Check out the "HD Bonus Content: Any Exclusive Goodies in There?" section of each of the reviews.
The reviews on that site also almost always say if all of the DVD special features are on the Blu-ray version or not, usually at the very start of the "The Supplements: Digging Into the Good Stuff" section.

Why not? That's one of the main reasons a lot of people jumped from VHS to DVD in the first place.

In this case, they're deliberately leaving off features that could easily be included on the DVD, to get people to buy into BD. Now, I want BD to succeed so part of me likes the idea, but I can't help but think it's the wrong way to go about it. I can understand if someone gets pissed and feels they are trying to push him into the new format. I would rather see BD just succeed on its own merits rather than because of stunts like this.
