No Country For Old Men Blu-ray Disc Problem
I bought No Country last week but just got around to watching tonight, and after what seemed like 15 minutes it finally started to play, but about the 20 minute mark when Josh Brolin is getting out of the river, my TV just went blank, it like the picture went black and I was wondering how I can fix it, do I need a firmware update?

You probably need to ask this in the HD Talk forum: http://forum.dvdtalk.com/forumdispla...sprune=10&f=55
Also, what type of player do you have and what version firmware do you have?

I viewed "No Country For Old Men" on my Blu-ray player without incident. Of course, I was watching it on a PS3 with the latest firmware. I recall some people having issues playing Resident Evil: Extinction because it required a certain firmware.

I feel like a dumb ass, for ask, mainly because I should have just retried it, but I didn't , until tonight, and it worked fine. Just one of those things I guess.

I definitely have an issue with this, but it only seems to happen on my Sharp BD20. If you choose the PCM track you only seem to get the audio from the rear surround. The Sharp is a very frustrating player to own, but thankfully it is only my secondary player. The disc plays perfectly on my PS3.
